Gourmet Restaurant A high-class bistro with a courteous, smiling welcome, this is a new address in the guide that's sure to please. A little way from the old town center, this "restaurant-bar à vin" brings together local connoisseurs for a good slice of conviviality: filet of royal sea bream well cooked on the skin, of good thickness and bayaldi of preserved vegetables, shellfish jus, beef confit in its jus, sweet potato waffle, vitelotte cream, a dish of honest workmanship, before the roasted pear, salted caramel espuma, crumble. The cellar gives pride of place to local produce, and prices are fair, with a wide choice by the glass.
