Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, between Lisieux and Saint-Pierre, a young, dynamic local bistro that's good for the countryside. Pablo in the kitchen and Guillaume in the dining room bring novelty and cheerfulness to the business, and the plate is nourished by local produce, with pork from Bayeux and poultry from Notre-Dame de Courson. At lunchtime, a simple sequence at €18 with homemade pork terrine, homemade sausage and chocolate cake, and in the evening, more elaborate dishes according to the chef's inspiration.
