Opposite the abbey church of Sainte-Foy, on the route to Santiago de Compostela, a charming medieval inn with a warm, historic attitude. In addition to half-board, the house pays homage to Rouergue traditions, serving up the best of regional classics: tourin with garlic and croutons, tripoux rouergats and aligot, Aubrac sirloin steak, pear flan and hot chocolate sauce. Decent prices.
