Gault&Millau's review 2025

The room's large windows offer a unique view of the Ariège countryside, adding to the overall experience and sense of privilege. The inn has been playing to its strengths for twenty-five years now, never resting on its laurels, steadfastly maintaining its toque. We'll be concentrating on traditional dishes, such as duck foie gras from the Guillot estate, crunchy ewe's milk cheese, pork filet mignon with savory, Francis veal with marjoram, crispy white chocolate and seasonal fruit. Market menu at 19 €.
