A welcoming inn close to Struthof, in beautiful surroundings. The standards are quite high, but a family atmosphere has been preserved, much appreciated by regulars. Yves Metzger knows how to vary the pleasures between tradition and today, without ever upsetting his menu too much: gourmet plate, snails, Indian-style shrimps, pike-perch with Riesling, calf's head and tongue, kidneys in mustard sauce. The preparation is impeccable, as is the service, always attentive. Pleasant terrace facing the hills.
