Remarkable Restaurant It's a house in the heart of Brittany, as much geographically as in spirit and architecture, with its typical large gray stone and warm welcome, as in Christophe Le Fur's independent, regional cuisine. With Mireille Le Fur, the chef defends a personal and joyful experience, as free as ever and well supported by the chef's technical strength. The €63 Armor et Argoat menu is a first introduction, with langoustines in ravioli, escabeche of shellfish in green, warm mayonnaise with carcass juice and artichoke crumble, egg and pike, escargot en persillade with yellow wine sauce, Tellicherry pepper and egg caviar, kig ha farz of beef fillet, "crock'carottes", terrine charcutière with morel mushrooms, jus réduit, patates tapées and oyster mustard. Very pleasant desserts too.
