This authentic inn proudly asserts its Basque roots in a charmingly old-fashioned setting facing a leafy square. While the warm welcome and attentive service remain the strong points of this address, the dated décor and table comfort leave something to be desired. The menu, rich in Basque classics, is more appealing in its titles than in its execution, which is a little old-fashioned and unconcerned with seasonality. The honest wine selection focuses on regional appellations, and prices remain more Parisian than provincial.
