It was one of our revelations two years ago at the Gault&Millau Tour Bretagne. The adventure continues well for the inn's young team, committed to local production and a sustainable approach. On the plate, of course, the emphasis is on seasonal harvests, but there's no denying the trend, as long as the produce is there. Fortunately, wine is no exception to the rule, as we are curious about all vineyards and ethically-minded winemakers.
