People come to Arnage for the 24h of Le Mans, and all year round for the Matfeux's cuisine, renowned for over sixty years. Xavier Souffront, following in his parents' footsteps, has been at the helm for the past thirty years, retaining what attracts people from Mance: a personal approach to noble products, with a certain generosity and a solid traditional background, in a peaceful bourgeois setting: langoustine ravioli, lobster with spelt and chanterelle mushrooms, Racan pigeon with cabbage and cardamom, organic strawberry and tomato pavlova... The five-course Gourmet menu at €68 is a great way to get acquainted.
