Gault&Millau's review 2026

This former 18thᵉ century coaching inn has retained its rustic, mountain charm, with a sobriety that faintly signals the sophistication of the plates. Chef Hugo Lemercier sublimates the terroir with true originality, offering a personal cuisine marked by the chef's self-taught background. Two menus are available, in five or seven courses, with Marium Naz's recommendations in the glass. Very pleasant service.
