Chef's Restaurant This small village on the outskirts of Cavaillon offers a quiet inn with a family atmosphere, the home of Virginie and Niels Lefévère. The regulars, locals and well-informed tourists (you don't arrive by chance), appreciate the accuracy and variety of the menu, particularly in the good 52 € evening menu, where the chef shows his science of cooking and his precision: raw sea bream nori cucumber wasabi, piglet shoulder petit épeautre carrots pak choï tom kha kai, peach white chocolate verbena. Cellar not huge, but well-informed about the region, welcome and service like home, only better.
