Gourmet Restaurant It's an inn that reinvents the genre, taking the codes in an ultra-contemporary variant and stripping them down to their essentials. The garden takes center stage, with the house as an accessory, in this country expression of the auberge, where everything is fresh and beautiful. Behind the project is a team from Lille, expatriated to the Oise region, who learned their trade at La Laiterie and Bloempot, and who creatively recreate what they have learned: tomato tart, lobster sabayon, green strawberries, basil and flowers; trout, horseradish, blackberries, garden potato chips, cuttlefish and chives; farm pig, smoked haddock, butter beans and béarnaise; sorbet sorrel, red berries, farmhouse Swiss cheese and verbena kombucha. Carte blanche menu at €75.
