Having trained at Ladeyn and Méert, among others, Tom Truy-Courties combines a commitment to quality with the expertise gained at top restaurants, crafting personal and ethical menus that follow the seasons and highlight regional ingredients. The menus are well-balanced, ranging from €28 for the lunch menu to €80 for the “carte blanche” menu. The wine cellar offers a fine selection.
