Gault&Millau's review2026
The village is charming, as are the surroundings, and Renaud Darmanin's beautiful 17th-century stone house is undoubtedly the ideal place to recharge your batteries and take the time to explore the Châtaigneraie Cantalienne region. An enthusiastic and passionate chef, our former Jeune Talent has not grown stale over the years, continuing his creative work even if it means bewildering his public with some of his dishes. Of course, the best local produce is used, the atmosphere is relaxed, there are plenty of pleasant surprises and, to extend the experience and vary the pleasures, you can also visit Oxalis, the adjoining bistro.
