Charm and elegance on the banks of the Eure: this distinguished inn remains one of our favorite addresses for a bucolic outing. The area is peaceful, the dining room has character and the terrace in the greenery is very pleasant. Chef William Boquelet completes a menu with prestigious ingredients, making for a hearty bill and high standards: lobster and foie gras with green beans and carrot hummus, sweetbreads with reduced jus, avocado, crab, coriander and lime condiment, Valrhona chocolate dessert. Lunch menu €38 excluding weekends.
