Chef's Restaurant The site is full of charm, a charming Norman image on the banks of the Eure, close to the confluence of Pont de l'Arche. William Boquelet has turned it into one of the region's finest restaurants, bringing his know-how and sense of contemporary, chic cuisine to the table: langoustines, foie gras and lobster are the mainstays of the starters, while wild turbot and Galician meat follow with nobility, and the veal quasi aux aromates artichoke mousseline jus au poivre and foie gras also demonstrate the chef's qualities. A small lunch menu at €38, but regulars come for the fine products on the menu (around €100) and the lobster menu. For a first visit, the €61, no-choice, four-course menu plus cheese is a good option.
