Gourmet Restaurant By using local produce, preferably organic, from sustainable agriculture, Hubert Nobis is almost acting bravely in a countryside where sincere inns are rare. For over thirty years, he has been paying homage to his terroir, with a €51 menu offering a short but exciting choice for each plate: tourteau in cold cauliflower cream, roast monkfish with chorizo eggplant and tomato nage, or low-temperature veal breast with cider vinegar jus, strawberry and perry soup. Speciality sweetbreads with Vire andouille, good cellar, chic, relaxed atmosphere.
