Chef's Restaurant A beautiful village inn north of Ambérieu-en-Bugey. It's home to Ivan Lavaux, a native of the region, who runs this formidable gourmet restaurant, with its carefully thought-out interiors and masterfully prepared dishes. Tastefully decorated, the dining room expresses a refined modernity, with its blues and greys, Scandinavian lines and taste for minimalism. As for the chef, he is the promoter of regional products, choosing them with meticulous care and showcasing them in beautiful surprise menus that change with the seasons, starting at €60. Food and wine pairings are warmly recommended.
