What a pleasure it is to return each year to this beautiful mountain inn, where we love both the warmth of the welcome and the cuisine of Yannick Guth, young talent of the year 2017. The young chef's contemporary cuisine, rooted in the region, is highlighted by three seasonal menus at €50, €89 and €132. The median formula is well-balanced, with a starter of tomato, beet, pink garlic and lavender, perch, cookie, clamart and verbena, a rosé duck breast, blue fish, sandwich, lentils and bone juice, and a dessert of sage, ivory, Guérande salt and lemon.
