Alexis Albrecht has taken over from his father to bring to life the finest table in the area, where people come for both savory and sweet dishes, fine Alsatian traditions and the chef's creations (pastry chef of the year 2015 for the guide). His house is a complete family enterprise, embodying the Ried without competition, and bringing together all gourmets. His menu is a journey into the heart of Alsace, where you'll find the pleasures of the Rhine with eel rouelles with green quinoa melfor, cultivated and wild herbs, the taste of the farm with the éclaté de cabri de la ferme du Langthal, méli-mélo of beans and reduced juice.
