A well-placed wine bar between Châtelet and Les Halles, a bistro with a terrace that pays careful attention to the origin of its products and honors traditional recipes: cochonnailles, pâté croûte, mayo eggs, snails, boeuf bourguignon, côte de bœuf charolais. Add a few contemporary ideas, such as burrata and Kalamata olives, or ravioli cacio e pepe, and you've got this unpretentious place to gather. Wide choice of classic desserts, seasonal suggestions on the slate.
