A Bisontine institution since 1870, the restaurant continues to pass on traditional French cuisine in a classic, familiar setting. The dishes on the slate include mayo eggs, roast goat's cheese, rabbit casserole, chicken basquaise, stuffed pig's trotters, praline tart and fromage blanc with griottines. Friendly service.
