Gourmet Restaurant The Touraine-based specialist in river fish and traditional regional dishes has retained its prerogatives and values. You'll need to visit the attractive 41 € menu-card to get to know the place, appreciate the foie gras or Mouliherne snails in parsley sauce, the baked catfish steak with a crab bisque in lemongrass sauce, or pick from the chef's must-tries, the beuchelle or eels in parsley sauce, for a small supplement of 6 €. Generous, classic desserts (moelleux chocolat, baba chantilly, poire tapée de Rivarennes hypocras...) and a good Loire wine cellar.
