Gourmet Restaurant A restaurant close to the covered market with the anonymous façade of an everyday café. The room, with its 1930s-style wooden banquettes, can also be a deterrent, but the chef's cuisine is a pleasant surprise, made with the best products of the moment. On the slate, there's promise and good work on the plate: the perfect egg, celery and avrillots, followed by a fine section of turbot cooked with the backbone, sun-dried tomatoes and preserved lemon, or sweetbreads with white wine and blood orange cream, dishes that are well worth the detour; we finish with a gourmet rhubarb tart. Organic and natural wine cellar, relaxed service, atmosphere of regulars.
