Chef's Restaurant A beautiful Alsatian house in the heart of the region, half an hour from Strasbourg, with a bourgeois family atmosphere. The 1950s building is home to the family of Ludovic Kientz, who cleverly trained with Émile Jung at Le Crocodile. The chef took over the address with his wife Sandie Ling in 2018, proving since then his talents and technique, around a cuisine of traditional inspiration: langoustine carpaccio and vegetable brunoise, fresh quinoa and coral lentil, satay mayonnaise, perfect egg cooked at 64°C, potato mousseline with summer truffle and albufera sauce, French-style blue lobster and pea cappuccino, roast Charolais beef tenderloin, potato rolls with wild and black garlic, bell pepper piperade, red wine and peanut sauce..
