A must-try restaurant in town, it has been keeping a fine bourgeois tradition alive for over sixty years, based on well-crafted classics, recipes that still work, and a setting that has remained unchanged for years. Friends, families and busy people invariably flock here for a fine foie gras terrine with truffle jus, a classic pan-fried scallops with black garlic, poached sweetbreads with oyster mushrooms, or a bourbon vanilla crème brûlée. Fair prices.
