Gourmet Restaurant The beautiful old stone building is home to this ultramarine blue Atelier, where Roman Winicki develops his cuisine of the moment, well-thought-out and well-realized with products selected according to season, arrival and good breeding. The combinations are striking, and everything on this slate of the moment is appetizing. Asparagus, artichokes, smoked eel and Buddha's hand veal tartare for a very gourmet starter, Grenoble line loin with sweet potato and bok choy or venison fillet with red wine condiment and homemade brioche (the choice of desserts is limited) citron orange pomelo. Well-sorted cellar, professional and pleasant welcome.
