On the edge of Les Arceaux, behind the Arc de Triomphe, this is a good place to eat every day, choosing the right cuts of meat and fish for the slate of the moment: picanha d'angus or filet de daurade royale to follow ravioles de confit de canard or ris de veau à la japonaise.
