Gourmet Restaurant One of our favorite sensations in the neighborhood last year: the fire is well lit and the embers offer the raw cooking that is the mantra of the house, in a minimalist setting where the plate takes precedence. In slash mode, ingredients come together with finesse: veal tartare with shrimp and chorizo, Brittany trout with artichoke and fennel, pork belly with celery and grilled leek. The bill hovers around €50, with a chocolate mousse or a seasonal dessert such as gariguettes with mint and basil sorbet. A compact, fairly interesting wine list at reasonable prices.
