Gourmet Restaurant There's a lot of dedication and desire in this deep-rooted kitchen run by Manon and Adrien, she for the sweet, he for the savory. It's a pleasant moment in this bright room with its many rustic elements: an old workbench, an old wooden ladder, thick-legged wooden tables and a brand-new, blond parquet floor since this year. You'll also appreciate the peas, velouté de cosses, breuil fermier, sorbet menthe, the very tender agneau du Pays Basque, asparagus, watercress, bagna cauda, a gourmet ensemble, before the dessert of chocolate, caramel, sorbet grué de cacao. Varied cellar, small selection of wines by the glass.
