Chef's Restaurant In this gourmet Rue Rodier, Keiichi Shinohara's table operates with intelligence and finesse, even if the hidden menus - imposed and chosen by the chef but not by the customer - hamper overall judgment. In this cosy dining room, we enjoyed a beautiful composition of tomato and pineapple like a millefeuille, red, rhubarb, tomato water and burrata, a refined, intelligent, seasonal dish, the filet of scorpion fish just pan-fried (duck as a meat alternative), zucchini eggplant champignon, two sauces (emulsified bouillabaisse juice a little too saffrony, and tomato virgin at the bottom), a pleasant candied yellow peach, almond emulsion (bitter almond very present) and olive oil.
