Once again, this young restaurant has delighted us and is making its mark on this buoyant street, just a stone's throw from the boulevard. Virginie in the dining room, Arnaud in the kitchen, set the tempo for Toulouse's new wave of joyful, gourmet cuisine, right on trend. You'll have a great time at lunch (€28), and you'll be back with confidence in the evening for the menu, which doesn't offer much in the way of choice, but is very well turned out (€56), with details à la carte ; with Cévennes onion shiitake and dashi as an onion soup 2025, oyster Ostrea Régal green lentils veal head and seaweed ravigote, squab on cabbage chest and beet with blueberry vinegar, and an original topinambour coffee cream marsala tiramisu. The second toque is just around the corner.
