Gourmet Restaurant Jean-François Piège in Parisian bouchon mode, in a cinema setting for a trip back in time. All the markers and bistro dishes of our imagination are present. All magnified by rare professionalism and kindness... Generations mingle, enjoying blanquette, steak haché frites, pâté en croute foie gras ris de veau and riz au lait de compétition. Of course, this "back to the future" is a bit staged, but everything is pleasant and well thought-out, with a team that takes care of every detail, and a kitchen that's heading in the right direction.
