Gault&Millau's review2026
Jean-Luc Rabanel's street is a gourmet one. Between gastro and bistro, people like to mix and mingle, and all the tables fit on the lively terrace. This makes it easier to socialize and enjoy a great moment: sharing an aperitif, with eggplant caviar, foie gras and poichichade, before dishes that reflect the mood, the terroir and the generosity: homemade brandade, tomato tart, roasted monkfish tail with fresh thyme and favouilles juice, lamb shoulder confit, roasted figs with rosemary honey. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the cellar is a fine example of the South.
