Chef's Restaurant It's a bit like the ideal bistro, the one where you come to nibble with confidence because everything is good, the service is professional and smiling, and everything is under the control of one of the country's greatest chefs, Jean-Luc Rabanel, who was Cuisinier de l'Année and whose first job is to be an inveterate epicurean. You'll be able to sit here in complete confidence, preferably on the terrace that livens up the street, and enjoy the menu of the moment and its great goodness, pissaladière, brandade de morue, lait et muge fumé, tarte aux tomates, épaule d'agneau confite et jus au pistou d'herbes, tarte au citron meringuée or figs rôties miel romarin. You won't be able to drink the whole cellar, whose volume approaches that of the Rhône, but you will be able to choose in moderation from a fine regional variety.
