Gourmet Restaurant L'âme de la Corse transparaît dans les parfums et dans les recettes, mais Casaluna, au fil des ans est devenue davantage une plaisante et discrète table d'affaires qu'un bastion régional. On trouve une carte assez variée et sans exclusive, permettant de répondre à la plupart des envies : effiloché de loup, terrine de figatellu, loup à la calvaise, tartare de bœuf au Cap corse, fiadone, chocolat cédrat... La séquence complète à 59,50 €, un service serein et efficace et quelques bons vins classiques de l'île (Gentile, Orenga, Fiumiccicoli, Péraldi...).
