A pleasant Corsican counter with a beautiful turquoise façade that immediately puts you in the island atmosphere of clear waters and prodigious scrubland. At the counter, cochon nustrale takes center stage with charcuterie from Cuttoli or Castagniccia, and local products are served in classic or more inventive recipes: zucchini fritters or burritos with figatelli and ewe's milk cheese, grilled octopus with citrus sauce or pulled pork confit with honey and beer onion purée.. In the dining room, other traditional recipes include cannelloni with brocciu and Abbatucci tiger veal with sheep's tomme gratin. We drink Corsican, of course.
