Stéphane Léger, a native of the region, is now well established in the heart of the town, offering his knowledge and professionalism. His cuisine, full of regional allusions, is aimed at both locals and tourists, with a well-renewed offering. The purely Burgundian menu is backed up by a brilliant two-toque menu: smoked ikejimé salmon marinated in a minute, prawn ceviche with yuzu, pork chop with chanterelle mushrooms, lemon bergamot shortbread.
