An accomplished sportsman with a passion for cycling, Yannis Leyour initially set his sights on a career in sports management, even graduating fromLyon's Claude Bernard University.
"To finance my studies, I worked a lot as a waiter in a few restaurants in Lyon, then on the Côte d'Azur, he recounts. As the months went by, I took on bigger and bigger contracts, and as the son of a pastry chef and grandson of bakers, I finally put my sports management business on hold to turn to the restaurant business. "
A perfectionist with a genuine passion for fine dining, Yannis Leyour joined Christian Têtedoie in February 2024, quickly rising from commis de salle to demi-chef de rang.
