Head waiter : 2 restaurants Sommelier : 2 restaurantsAfter graduating with a degree in communications from the IUT Bordeaux Montaigne, Marlyne trained for two years as an apprentice sommelier at Tutiac, Le Bistro Vignerons. Passionate about wine and gastronomy, she also took courses at the CAFA Wine School and wrote freelance articles for the Mlle Boit du rouge media. Since October 2023, she has been Head Sommelier at Mas Bottero in Saint-Cannat. In March 2024, she won the Eloquence trophy at the Gault&Millau Tour Provence-Alpes-Côte d-Azur - Corse - Monaco.
