Marie CROS
"My parents both worked in politics, in Mâcon in particular. Then they decided to leave everything behind and open their own restaurant in Périgueux. I was 10 at the time, and I immediately loved the restaurant business," rec alls Marie Cros, winner of our Éloquence trophy .
Born in Montpellier in 1992, the young woman trained at the Lycée Hôtelier de Savignac before opening Philippe Etchebest's Table d'Hôtes in Bordeaux. Now working at Les Singuliers in Saint-Astier (for Louis Festa and his partner Cerise Gicquel), Marie has already planned a return to Quebec (as a maître d'hôtel). a return to Quebec (as headwaiter at La Tania restaurant), where she has already lived and worked for two years.
