Inès GRÉGOIRE
Inès Grégoire, waitress and room manager at Chez Gaster in Tours, is preparing to leave the establishment in January 2026 for Marseille, drawing on her experience and passion for the restaurant business.Born into a family with a passion for fresh produce and cooking, Inès Grégoire turned to the restaurant business"essentially to finance my studies". After completing a literary preparatory course at Le Mans, she enrolled in neurolinguistic studies while working in a natural wine bar in Tours. It was there that she met Robin Pasquier, chef and owner of Chez Gaster.
i needed a break from my studies," she says. I had no experience of service, but Chez Gasterisn't a factory , and we have time to take care of our customers, so I was able to learn at my own pace," explains Inès .
A milestone at Chez Gaster
Inès joined Chez Gaster at the end of 2024, bringing professionalism and warmth to the dining room. In two years, she has contributed to the customer experience and the reputation of the Tours establishment, while honing her skills in gastronomic service.
From Tours to Marseille: new projects
Announcing her departure in January 2026, Inès is looking ahead to Marseille to explore new opportunities. "I want to discover something new, to go back to school, probably in a field other than neurolinguistics. I'm off to Marseille, where I'll probably work in the restaurant business, just long enough to take stock," she confides.
Her good humor, adaptability and professionalism enable her to win over customers and colleagues alike. Whether at Chez Gaster or soon in Marseilles, Inès Grégoire embodies a young restaurant professional capable of rising to any challenge.
