Joining the Institut Bocuse in 2016, he put his infinite knowledge at the service oftomorrow's talents, while refining the menu of the Saisons restaurant at theÉcullyschool. Trained by the greatest himself (Bocuse, Maximin, Jaloux, Marcon...), Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004, he alone represents all the excellence of French cuisine .
