Chef : 1 restaurantBorn into a family of four generations of innkeepers, Christopher Hache has always been immersed in the world of catering. Trained at the École Auguste Escoffier, near Paris, he completed his first internship with Bernard Loiseau.

In 2019, he settled in Eygalières, a small village 5 minutes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence."I used to go there a lot on vacation, and I love this village, which has a lot of charm, surrounded by the landscapes of the Alpilles."
He opened his own house, simply named Maison Hache. "I wanted to write my own story and create an address that reflected me, even though I've always worked in palaces as if I were at home."The adventure was a promising one. Gault&Millau immediately awarded him a score of 15.5/20 (3 toques). On the strength of this first personal experience, Christopher Hache will open a 4-star hotel with 15 rooms and a bistro in May 2023, under the name La Bastide d'Eygalières.
