A rapid rise alongside Stéphane Tournié
The young woman obtained a technical baccalaureate followed by a BTS in Montpellier, followed by a series of internships, and it was precisely during one of them, at the Trattoria in Monaco, thatshe developed a taste for working in the dining room. in 2018, when she still had only limited experience, Stéphane Tournié (Les Jardins de l'Opéra in Toulouse, 2 toques), recruited her as room manager. In May 2024, the young woman joined forces with Bastien Salvatge , with whom she had forged a strong bond of friendship who had been working alongside Pierre Lambinon (Py-R restaurant in Toulouse). "I'm not forgetting my partner Laurence Lecocq, who works with me in thedining room and completes the trio we form with Bastien."Under their impetus,this pretty country restaurant is enjoying a new lease of life, relying on local, contemporary cuisine and service that's both precise and unpretentious .
