the birth of Cuq-en-Terrasses
The young chef stayed with the Toulouse-based chef for two years before joining Pierre Lambinon at Py-R. "It was through him that, with my partner Charline Mage, I bought the Cuq-en-Terrasses restaurant in Cuq-Toulza. Pierre had been offered to buy the business a few years earlier, but didn't want to buy another business. It was thanks to him that we were able to contact the previous owners and buy this magnificent stone building, whose garden supplies all our vegetables.
