A charity sale for children by Pierre Hermé and Artcurial
On December 1ᵉʳ, 2025, Artcurial and Pierre Hermé Paris will combine their talents for an exceptional charity auction, bringing together 25 of the world's greatest pastry chefs around a single cause: the well-being of hospitalized children.
It's a first in the world of French gastronomy: on December 1ᵉʳ, 2025, Artcurial will host the very first Haute Pâtisserie française auction at 7 Rond-Point des Champs-Élysées. A bold and generous initiative spearheaded by Pierre Hermé and Artcurial, bringing together 25 renowned pastry chefs for the occasion around a common project: to support the BAB Charity association, committed to helping children suffering from leukemia at the Armand-Trousseau hospital in Paris.
Sweet solidarity for a great cause
Each of the creations presented will be unique, reflecting the know-how, sensitivity and imagination of the greatest names in contemporary patisserie. These ephemeral works, veritable jewels of gourmandise and aesthetics, will be auctioned for the exclusive benefit of BAB Charity, founded by Alexandre Bader.

Since 2008, this association has worked tirelessly to improve the daily lives of young hospitalized patients, financing the renovation of sterile rooms and reception areas for families. Over 2 million euros have already been invested in these projects, and a new campaign is planned for 2026.
Pastry excellence in the service of dreams and goodwill
For Pierre Hermé, this sale symbolizes the union of creativity and generosity:"Through this first charity auction of Haute Pâtisserie Française, our ambition is to mobilize the talents of our profession around a major cause, with high standards, creativity and benevolence. In support of the BAB Charity association, which works for the well-being of hospitalized children, this initiative is also a tribute to those who, from the earliest age, look with wonder at our art."
Prior to the sale, the public will be able to discover the creations at an exhibition open from November 27 to December 1ᵉʳ at the Artcurial gallery, in the 8ᵉ arrondissement of Paris. The auction will begin on Monday 1ᵉʳ December at 8pm, promising a moment as gourmand as it is moving.
