The Hoxton brings out the deckchairs: welcome to La Piscine

The Hoxton brings out the deckchairs: welcome to La Piscine

In addition to its restaurants and bars, The Hoxton hotel boasts a swimming pool for a cool summer in the heart of Paris.

Yuna Lamarque

Looking for a vacation without leaving Paris? The Hoxton unveils an unusual bar in its courtyard. Deckchairs and sunbeds surround an 8-meter-long heated pool. A summery menu is available all day, for a moment out of time.

A sunny pool bar for summer lounging

Soberly entitled La Piscine, this new bar is set in the center of the hotel courtyard, surrounded by colorful deckchairs. Whether you're a hotel guest or not, you can book three-hour slots by the pool. The reservation fee can then be used as a credit towards the consumption of the food and cocktails on offer:

  • 30 € for a deckchair (individual)
  • 55 € for a deckchair (individual)
  • 100 € for a sunbed (for up to two people)

The pop-up is thought through down to the smallest detail, with free sun cream stations, as well as a summer selection in the Hox Shop, featuring hats, swimwear and sunglasses.

A menu to enjoy by the pool

Florian Coquelin has devised a menu for lounging by the pool with its Côte d'Azur allure. Octopus carpaccio, artichoke confit salad and other bites to share can be enjoyed in the shade of the parasols all day long. On the drinks side, a selection of cocktails and mocktails in electrifying flavors and luminous colors will transport you far from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

  • When is the opening? From June to September. Swimming pool open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Terrace from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Where? The Hoxton Paris, 30-32 rue du Sentier, Paris 2
