The St-Germain® liqueur house and the Molitor rooftop terrace renew their collaboration. The program includes an attractive cocktail menu on the theme of the Olympic Games and the organizing cities.

In 2023, St-Germain® and Molitor have signed a three-year partnership. The aim? To create cocktail collections for the hotel and its rooftop. This year, 2024 is synonymous with the Olympic Games in France. For the occasion, St-Germain® liqueur has created an exclusive collection of cocktails inspired by this theme. Each unique recipe is a celebration of the spirit and heritage of the emblematic cities that hosted this global event.

A collection in tribute to the Olympic rings

All summer long, the French elderflower liqueur plunges the entire rooftop of the Hôtel Molitor into a unique floral universe, where every detail has been carefully thought out. Like the chairs adorned with the little elderflower, symbolizing the elegance and refinement of St-Germain®. Guests come here to enjoy delicate cocktails in an enchanting setting.

No fewer than six new creations have been created to satisfy mixology enthusiasts. From Paris to Los Angeles, via Mexico City and Rio de Janeiro, each drink pays tribute to the culture, flavors and history of these Olympic cities. Here's the detailed list of cocktails to be found all summer long at the Hôtel Molitor:

Rome 1924 : St-Germain® Liqueur, Grey Goose Vodka, grapefruit juice, vanilla syrup, Prosecco Martini
Los Angeles 2028: Liqueur St-Germain®, Angel's Envy Bourbon, vanilla syrup, Amaretto, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Kahluà
Rio de Janeiro 2016: Liqueur St-Germain®, Curaçao, sparkling water, Prosecco Martini
Mexico 1968: Liqueur St-Germain®, Tequila Patrón, Gonxhe, lemon juice, coconut cream
Paris 2024 : Liqueur St-Germain®, Bacardi Añejo Cuatro, Chambord, mint leaves, lemon juice
London 2012: Liqueur St-Germain®, Gin Bombay Sapphire, cucumber, Prosecco Martini, sparkling water

In addition to these original creations, Molitor and St-Germain® have created an original signature cocktail for the hotel's 10th anniversary. It features the essential Liqueur St-Germain®, as well as Bombay Sapphire Gin, passion fruit purée, Old Fashioned Bitter and Pommery Brut Apanage champagne.

The Travel Buds

And they're not the only ones looking to create an immersive experience around the Games. At the Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, a lounge transformed into a fan zone will serve as a refuge for guests keen on the Olympic events. Here, they will be able to sample cocktails bearing the effigy of former host cities: Mexico 1968, with a revisit of the margarita; Barcelona 1992, inspired by the Spanish Rebujito; London 2012, which will be gin-based; Tokyo 2020, linked to the Japanese Mizuwari and finally Paris 2024 with a tribute to the French 75, a vintage classic based on gin and champagne in particular.
