Aleksandre Oliver, pastry chef with a bright future, returns to Bordeaux
Aleksandre Oliver, winner of the 2018 Gault&Millau Young Pastry Chef of the Year trophy, has just been appointed head pastry chef at Pressoir d'Argent Gordon Ramsay - Intercontinental Bordeaux, on February 12.
This talented young man from Bordeaux, great-grandson of the famous Raymond Oliver, returns to his native land. At Pressoir d'Argent, we're hoping to recapture the "wow" effect we experienced at Yoann Conte's in Veyrier-du-Lac, when he seduced us with his stunningly tasteful and precise work. Stay tuned.
