When wine inspires design: the new rendezvous for creative epicureans
Opposite the Comédie-Française, Café Ruc inaugurates The Wine & Draw Club, a monthly rendez-vous that invites you to lift your feet, raise your glass and give free rein to your creativity. An experience where wine inspires drawing, and tasting becomes an art form.
Time seems to slow down at Café Ruc. In this warm, elegant setting, every gesture takes its place: the stroke on paper, the scent of wine, the taste of an aperitif. The Wine & Draw Club transforms the evening into a suspended parenthesis, designed for epicureans who like to combine the pleasure of the senses with artistic expression. Hosted by Les Ateliers de Macha, these monthly sessions offer an uninhibited creative experience, with each participant exploring a new theme. The aim is not to create a perfect work, but to reconnect with the forgotten gesture of creating for oneself, with freedom and lightness.
Appreciating beauty and goodness
Two glasses of Château Toulouse-Lautrec wine accompany this moment, enhanced by appetizers carefully chosen to awaken the senses. Here, creativity and gastronomy meet, giving the evening a gentle rhythm, where inspiration feeds on taste and ambiance. Everyone finds his or her place, alone or by sharing his or her vision with the other participants. One evening's strangers quickly become workshop companions, sharing laughter, exchanges and impromptu advice.
At 159 rue Saint-Honoré, Café Ruc embodies the spirit of Parisian cafés: a place to meet, chat and savour the moment. The next workshops are scheduled for October 14, 2025, then November 18 and December 16. The cost is €69 per person.
The Wine & Draw Club is an invitation to get off your feet, combine wine and creativity, and rediscover the simple pleasure of creating for yourself, in a friendly, sensory atmosphere in the heart of Paris. It's an experience that will appeal to painting enthusiasts and wine lovers alike, all united by a taste for beauty and good taste.
