It's an unprecedented partnership between two emblematic figures in their respective worlds: Qatar Airways, regularly voted best airline in the world, and Yannick Alléno, head of 19 restaurants in 7 countries, including Alléno Paris - Pavillon Ledoyen (5 toques). Their objective? to elevate the art of travel by combining luxury, innovation and haute gastronomy.

This partnership illustrates a shared vision of excellence and hospitality. For the Qatari airline, it means continuing to push back the standards of comfort and refinement, by integrating an inspired, inventive and resolutely French culinary offering.

Exclusive creations to discover in-flight and on the ground

First and Business Class passengers on the Paris-Doha and Doha-Paris routes will be the first to enjoy Yannick Alléno's creations. Conceived as an immersion in the chef's "Cuisine Moderne", these exclusive recipes combine French sophistication with influences from around the world.

But the experience goes far beyond the high-end meal platter. The partnership operates on several levels:

  • Opening of a Pavyllon restaurant in the First Class Lounge at Doha's Hamad International Airport, featuring the chef's signature gastronomic counter concept.
  • Signature in-flight menus, with dishes tailor-made for flights between Paris and Doha.
  • Creation of exclusive recipes for the Qatar Airways lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

An art of living celebrated 10,000 metres above sea level

With this initiative, Qatar Airways aims to transform every flight into a unique sensory experience. By teaming up with one of the most innovative chefs of his generation, the airline is placing gastronomy at the heart of its premium service. It's a way of offering travellers not just a journey, but a timeless moment, marked by taste, sharing and emotion.
