A meeting place for delicatessen professionals and enthusiasts, the event attracts over 4,000 participants every year. Here's everything you need to know about the 2024 edition!
What is the Gourmet Sélection trade show?
The Gourmet Sélection trade show is THE professional event for gourmet food stores. It's an opportunity to discover products soon to be sold in delicatessens, confectioners, tea rooms, chocolatiers, wineries, crèmeries/fromageries, as well as in lifestyle boutiques, specialized corners in supermarkets, hotels and restaurants.
Who should attend Gourmet Sélection?
The event is aimed at delicatessen professionals and enthusiasts looking for new products for their business. The public is mainly made up of retailers, delicatessen departments in department stores and commercial catering professionals.
Confectioners, tea rooms, chocolate shops, wineries, lifestyle boutiques, hotels and restaurants... In all, more than 350 exhibitors come together at the show to meet the demands of the 4,000 specialist buyers each year.
What to see and do at Gourmet Sélection?
With over 300 exhibitors, the festivities are sure to appeal to all types of connoisseurs! Each represents a diverse range of industries: from delicatessens, patisseries, tearooms and chocolate shops to wine merchants and lifestyle boutiques. To see the list of exhibitors, visit the event website.
The space is divided into several sections:
- L'Agora des Experts: a place to meet and exchange views on the delicatessen market from different angles.
- L'Épicerie de Gourmet: an ephemeral grocery store designed to help professionals plan their future projects: setting up your own outlet, expansion plans, etc.
- Gourmet Selection Best Of": a competition that rewards products and services offering real added value. It's an opportunity for exhibitors to raise their profile and showcase the quality of their work.
- The "Quintessences": a competition that rewards initiatives that make the profession shine, i.e. the best concepts for distributors of fine and gourmet products (delicatessens, hotels, tasting rooms, cafés, restaurants, etc.).
When will Gourmet Selection 2024 take place?
We already know the next dates for Gourmet Selection 2024! For this 27ᵉ edition, it will be held from September 15 to 16, 2024. Opening hours will be from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Where will Gourmet Selection 2024 take place?
As every year, Gourmet Selection will be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Hall 5.2.
There are several ways to get there:
- Metro: line 12 station Porte de Versailles, line 8 station Balard
- Bus: lines 39 or 80 stop at Porte de Versailles
- RER: line C, Boulevard Victor station
- Streetcar: T2 - stop Porte de Versailles - Access Porte A; T3 - stop Georges Brassens - Access Porte B

- By road: Depending on your route, take the ring road exits Porte de la Plaine, Porte de Versailles or Porte de Brancion.
